Orders

Please ensure that the personal information you provide (email address, phone number, mailing address, etc.) is truthful and accurate to avoid any inconvenience after transactions.

  • By placing an order at JEXIE through our website or platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, customers agree to our handling, shipping, returns, and refunds policies. Customers declare that they are over 18 years of age and legally able to place an order.
  • The color of items you receive may differ from the photos due to factors such as screen resolution, settings, lighting, and other conditions. Photos should be used as a general guide for color and quality.
  • All prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the price is incorrect due to typographical, technical, or system errors.
  • Orders placed through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and any other platform are subject to our policies, terms, and conditions. If you need assistance with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • For large orders with no available shipping option, please contact us to request a quotation.
  • Please note that for orders with multiple items, we may split them into several packages based on availability in our warehouses.

Some items, such as shoes, may be processed and shipped normally, but certain styles are made to order. Therefore, it may take 5–10 business days to process before shipping. If you are unsure of your sizes, you may use our general Size Guide for reference.

Payments

We offer various payment options to facilitate your purchase. We accept credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Visa, and Diners Club. If your payment method is not listed, we encourage you to use it to pay for your order.

You can also pay with your PayPal account through our secure checkout. When using PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to their payment page to confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. The same procedure applies when using Shop Pay, Google Pay, and others.

JEXIE processes all orders in U.S. Dollars. Although your cart may display another currency, you will check out using U.S. Dollars at the current exchange rate. Please note that JEXIE does not collect or access the buyer's credit/debit card number or personal information during payment. We do not keep any electronic records of such data and will not be responsible for the fraudulent or unauthorized use of credit cards by third parties.

If your payment is denied or if you have questions about your transactions on our site, please consult the financial institution or bank that issued your card or payment method.

Orders Confirmation

You will receive an email confirming your order.

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed or dispatched. If your order requires a quotation, we will email you with the specific information.

Please note that orders are not valid until usual anti-fraud, security, and legal checks are conducted, and we receive confirmation of cleared payments. We reserve the right to deny or cancel any order that does not comply with our policies and security procedures.

It is essential to check your order details, as well as the data associated with shipping and billing, to avoid system rejections and delays. Although rare, orders may be canceled for the following reasons:

  1. The item is out of stock.
  2. Additional information is needed before we can process your order but was not received.
  3. We could not verify your identity.

You will receive an email from our customer service team if any part of your order is canceled or if we need additional information to process the order. You will not be charged for canceled items, and you will receive a full refund.
