When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Your package, delivery typically takes 7-12 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. International shipping time vary by location, etc. If you have any questions about your order status, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance. Learn more here.

Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?

Yes! we have the Trend Enthusiast rewards program where you can earn points for purchases and activities, redeemable for exclusive coupons and discounts. JEXIE also regularly have sales and promotions, offering even more ways to save. To join, just click on 'Join Now' button on

How can I track my order?

You may track your order from your "order history" section on your store account. - After placing your order, we sent you an email confirmation useful to track the status of your order. - You may also use the link ''Track My Order'' located in the bottom menu of the page then enter your email address and your order number provided by the store which can be found on your order confirmation. - Or contact us.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns & Refund Policy page. After reviewing the policy, scroll down to click the "Returns Center" button to initiate your request. You may also contact us directly at contact@jexie.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed or dispatched, as we begin preparing your items quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. While we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If that’s not possible, we’re happy to assist with a return once you receive your order.

What if I received a defective or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include a photo or short video of the item in your message. You can initiate a return through our Returns Center within 7 days of receiving the item. Prompt notification is required to be eligible for a return or exchange, so please reach out as soon as possible.

Whaat is the return policy?

We accept returns for any reason within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know within 24 hours.
