You can track your order from the 'Order History' section of your account. After placing your order, you received a confirmation email that includes tracking information. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns & Refund Policy page. After reviewing the policy, scroll down to click the "Returns Center" button to initiate your request. You may also contact us directly at contact@jexie.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions
We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed or dispatched, as we begin preparing your items quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. While we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If that’s not possible, we’re happy to assist with a return once you receive your order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include a photo or short video of the item in your message. You can initiate a return through our Returns Center within 7 days of receiving the item. Prompt notification is required to be eligible for a return or exchange, so please reach out as soon as possible.
